How else can I place an order?
If you do not like our online store you can place your order either via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone at 2310429525 all working days (Monday to Friday) from 10.00 in the morning until 18.00 in the afternoon. You only need to write down the codes of the products you are interested in. The customer service department is at your disposal for any information and to help you place an order. In any case we will need an email to receive the details of your order in writing.
Is there a printed catalog?
We do not have a printed catalog due to the fact that the designs are updated and enriched so often makes it impossible. Most products are in the e-shop.
Can I order samples?
No samples are sent. The minimum order and shipping quantity is indicated in the information of each product.
Can I intervene in the designs?
Most favors are handmade and made upon order. You can choose the colors and materials that will be used based on your preferences. For example, you can combine materials from two different favor designs. We are at your disposal to create it together. Regarding the candles and the baptism boxes, you can also make some changes where possible. Contact us to inform you. Products made based on your personal taste cannot be returned or changed.
How should I know that my order has been received and is carried out?
Completing your order through our e-shop, you will receive an email with the confirmation and all the details of the order. If you do not receive the confirmation email in the inbox, check the spam. If you do not receive any email, it means that you have entered your email address incorrectly or that you have not completed the order.
How should I know if my order has been sent?
You will receive an e-mail stating the unique shipping number of your parcel, when your order is delivered to the courier company. In this way you will be able to locate your shipment, by placing the number in the corresponding field of the courier site.
Can I change my order?
You have the opportunity to change your order either by e-mail or by calling the customer service department at 2310 429525. Changes to orders that have been prepared or are in the production process are not acceptable.
How can I cancel an order?
If you would like to cancel your order please either send an email with the subject “Order cancellation” by filling in its number, or by calling 2310 429525. Cancellation can be done within 24 hours. After the above time point no cancellation is accepted.
How long does it take for an order to be carried out?
We try to have most of our products immediately available. In these cases the service time of an order is from 1-7 working days.
For products that are made upon order we need from 7-15 working days.
For large orders with wedding or christening favors, the time ranges from 15-30 working days.

How do I order invitations?
Choose the invitation you like and the quantity you want. If you want it to be exactly like the sample click on the corresponding option otherwise you can download the list in pdf format and choose text, font, ink color etc. In the fields of the right column you fill in the details of the invitation and in the remarks you can include information about some of your wishes. For example how many invitations you want to have “a special invitation” .
What is the process that follows and the shipping time?
When we receive your order, an electronic model is prepared and is forwarded to the e-mail account you have declared so that you can check for any corrections or changes. Then you should inform us with a message to correct them. If it is ok you give us written approval to proceed with the printing. Our store is not responsible for any errors in the text. Delivery time from the day of approval is 10 days.
Do you make shipments all over Greece?
Yes, our products are shipped all over Greece with courier services. We cooperate with the Acs courier for domestic shipments and TNT courier for worldwide shipments.
What is the shipping cost to Greece?
Shipping costs are calculated during the order completion process when you fill in the shipping address. The cost depends on the weight, volume and destination of the shipment.
Do you ship abroad?
In cooperation with TNT we process orders for Cyprus, Europe and the rest of the world.
